Welcome to SHARKZitE®. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our software subscription service.
By purchasing and using our software, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Access to SHARKZitE® is provided on a recurring basis. Your subscription begins immediately upon your first transaction or after the trial ends. You can proceed to subscribe if you enjoyed using the trial offered by us. Your subscription is valid for the term you purchase (e.g., monthly). You will need to manually renew your subscription to continue service.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the subscription starts. This applies even if you choose not to use the Software during your subscription.
Successful payment grants you access to the Software as per the license agreement. Usage must comply with the Software's documentation and restrictions.
Support may be provided based on our policies and agreements.
You may cancel at any time. We reserve the right to terminate access in case of violations.
A mentor account is considered inactive if no purchases of new license keys are made for a continuous period of three (3) months. We reserve the right to permanently remove accounts deemed inactive. An email notification will be sent if such an action is taken. This action is irreversible. All data associated with your account, including uploaded Expert Advisors and client connections, has been permanently deleted. It is the mentor's responsibility to maintain account activity to avoid removal. SHARKZitE® is not liable for any data loss resulting from account removal due to inactivity.
Each mentor is permitted to hold only one account, identified by a unique full name and email address. If the system detects that a mentor has created a duplicate account, the new account will be instantly and permanently banned. An email notification will be sent to the registered address, informing the user of the violation and the resulting ban. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of the platform. SHARKZitE® reserves the right to take this action without prior warning.
Terms & Software may be updated periodically. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.

The Software remains our intellectual property. No unauthorized reproduction or modification is allowed.
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from Software use.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved via arbitration or mediation.
